Well really, we believe that every home in Asheville is a luxury home for many reasons that are too obvious to mention. However, our formal definition of a Luxury Home in Western North Carolina leans toward those homes over $500,000 in sales price. These can be historic homes from the 1800’s that have been beautifully renewed or brand new homes abutting a pristine 18 hole golf course…or anything in between. As we say, location, location, location will be a factor as to Luxury status but so many other things determine that all important price. Size, style, quality of construction, quality of finishes all go into this determination. If you are buying, your Realtor, the Pat and Donna Team, will know where to look.
