Well really, we believe that every home in Asheville is a luxury home for many reasons that are too obvious to mention. However, our formal definition of a Luxury Home in Western North Carolina leans toward those homes over $500,000 in sales price. These can be historic homes from the 1800’s that have been beautifully renewed or brand new homes abutting a pristine 18 hole golf course…or anything in between. As we say, location, location, location will be a factor as to Luxury status but so many other things determine that all important price.
